2004-2007 : PhD in Computer Science, Université Paris-Nord. I passed my PhD in between Machine Learning (LIPN, Université Paris-Nord Villetaneuse), Bioinformatics  (LRI, Université Paris-Sud Orsay) and  Molecular Biology (Institut Curie, Paris).

  •  The major focus of our research is the inference and interrogation of biological networks, guided by large-scale  high-dimensional data from genomics and genetic experiments. Our methodological research aims to develop and improve computational and statistical methods in data mining, multi-view learning, and multi-objective optimization to:    
  1. The reverse engineering of gene regulatory networks
  2. The identification of cis-regulatory elements
  3. The study of the influence of spatial organization of genome on gene expression
  4. The identification of master regulators controlling the transition between to phenotypes
  5. The extraction of protein complexes and functional modules
  • I’m involved as principal investigator (PI) for iSSB-UEVE in the following projects :
